Eligibility Requirements for Guarantee
To secure the 60-Day Ranking Improvement Guarantee, the client must grant the company full manager- or owner-level access to their Google Business Profile (GBP), ensure the GBP is fully verified and policy-compliant, and already have at least three published reviews. The profile must have been live and active for a minimum of six months and must already appear in Google search results for at least one relevant keyword, even if not on page one. The GBP’s name, address, and phone number must match a legitimate, verifiable business location—residential addresses, PO boxes, or unverifiable shared spaces can disqualify the profile. The GBP must show no evidence of shadow banning, spammy tactics, or prior violations of Google’s terms. Finally, no other SEO or directory service may manage the profile during the Guarantee period unless the company grants explicit permission.

Guarantee Terms
The guarantee runs for sixty calendar days from the date the program is implemented. A “ranking improvement” is defined as any upward movement of existing keywords in local search, increased visibility in the map pack or organic local listings, or the emergence of new relevant keyword rankings tied to program activities. Rankings are tracked with company-selected SEO software; a baseline is captured at launch and compared with results on day sixty. If no measurable improvement is detected, the company will continue services for an additional sixty days at no charge; refunds are not offered.

Limitations and Exclusions
The guarantee becomes void if the client makes unauthorized changes to the GBP (such as altering its name, address, phone number, or categories), acquires low-quality or fake reviews, violates Google’s terms, or fails to act promptly on the company’s requests or recommendations. It is likewise void if the GBP is flagged, suspended, shadow banned, set up with non-compliant tactics (for example, fake addresses), duplicates appear, third-party tools in violation of Google policy have been used, or past manipulation has limited the profile’s performance. External factors—algorithm updates, changes to search-engine results pages, platform bugs, competitor actions, or force majeure events—can also limit the guarantee. The company may remove a client from the program if it reasonably suspects non-compliance, prior unethical SEO activity, or if uncontrollable factors hinder performance. The company’s maximum liability is limited to refunding any unused portion of service beyond the initial sixty days; no additional damages are implied or guaranteed.

Claim Process
To request the complimentary sixty-day extension, the client must submit a written claim within seven days after the original sixty-day period ends and include evidence that rankings did not improve. The company will review the claim within ten business days and, if it is approved, will begin the extended service within five business days.
